| Summary: | ３代にわたる新潟県知事のもとに実施された新潟県福島原発事故検証委員会の活動経過を展望。最近の能登半島大地震による被災影響を加味すれば人知の及ばない自然災害勃発時の原発安全性への社会的不安と、原発を絶対的に否定する信条を持つ人々の果てしない反論には、人間の制御が及ばない如何なる大きさの自然災害に対したとえ原発がメルトダウンしても施設外の市民の放射性災害への緊急対応の重畳を不要にする原発安全対策しか対処できないことを論じた。 |
