| Summary: | 我が国の医療制度や医療施設の実態について概説した上で、診療所向けのレセコン(医事会計システム)や電子カルテ、病院向けの医療情報システム、ＰＡＣＳ(医用画像システム)等、医療分野におけるＩＴの現状について解説する。さらに医療行政の重点施策である地域内医療機関の連携強化や在宅医療の充実等を踏まえた医療ＩＴの 今後の方向性についても展望する。 |
